MGN ORLANDO, Fla. (WKMG) An arrest has been made after a 2-year-old girl was found unattended in a vehicle parked at a Walt Disney World resort Monday afternoon, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Walt Disney World security noticed the child around 1 p.m. in a vehicle parked in the Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa employee parking lot, the news release said. The windows were down a few inches, the car was not running and the doors were unlocked, according to deputies. Security officials removed the child from the vehicle. She was alert and conscious. The girl was taken to Celebration Hospital in stable condition. The girl’s caregiver, Myriam Lubincadet, 37, was charged with child neglect and taken to the Orange County Jail.
