Patchy fog Monday morning with rain set to return Tuesday

Dense Fog Advisories are in effect for Glades, Hendry, and inland Collier counties Monday morning, with the potential to see visibility drop to and below a quarter of a mile. Although those are the only areas under an advisory, there have been observations of dense fog elsewhere across Southwest Florida. Take it slow for the morning commute!

Once the fog and low clouds lift out by late morning, we’ll be left with a mix of sun and clouds as temperatures warm into the mid- to upper 70s.

Scattered rain returns late Tuesday as our next front begins to move through.

Look for scattered rain through Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning before rain chances begin to diminish starting Wednesday afternoon. Rainfall totals will range between .25″ to .75″, with the heaviest totals focused north.

Behind the front, Thursday will feature drier, chillier conditions. Lows will be back into the 40s and low 50s waking up Thursday morning with highs remaining in the low 70s.
