High temperatures will be slightly warmer than what we experienced on Thursday. Our winds will be breezy at times, making for a “very high” fire index for Lee County. Otherwise, everyone in the WINK viewing area is under “moderate” index.
Highs will reach the upper-80s and low-90s over the weekend. This forecast would keep us eight to ten degrees above our average high temperature.
Rain chances will be slim-to-none before showers return next week.Expect ideal boating conditions under partly cloudy skies.

Southwest Florida weather: Monday brings scattered storms with highs in the 80s

Scattered storms are in Monday’s forecast. These will be primarily focused inland with a few isolated storms still forming along the coastline. Lower rain chances will begin in the late morning and build into the afternoon.

Friday highs in the 80s, 90s with inland afternoon storms

Isolated showers and storms are in Friday’s forecast. These will mainly stay inland (east of I-75) and stick around from Friday afternoon into the night. Severe weather is unlikely, although cloud-to-ground lighting is possible within the strongest of our storms.

High temperatures will reach the mid-80s under sunny skies. After a chilly morning, winds will remain out of the north at 5 to 10 mph.
