Janari N. Richardson, 18, was arrested on Wednesday by the U.S. Marshal’s Federal Fugitive Task Force at the Desoto Landing Apartments in Arcadia. RELATED: Punta Gorda police investigating shooting death at apartment complex Richardson is accused of killing 30-year-old Sean Lalley of Port Charlotte on May 13, 2023. Police deemed the investigation as a suspicious death after they discovered Lalley deceased inside his vehicle with bullet wounds. Richardson is being charged with second-degree murder with a firearm and robbery.
