CAPE CORAL Man arrested in connection to brother’s death in Cape Coral A man wanted for questioning in the death of his brother at his Cape Coral home has been arrested in Pennsylvania.

Shots were fired in the parking lot of Waffle House on 4642 Del Prado Boulevard South following a physical disturbance, Cape Coral Police Department said. The shooting took place around 3:43 a.m. where one person suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg and hip area, police said. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. CCPD says they are looking for two unknown male suspects who fled the scene before police arrived. The suspects drove off in a maroon four-door sedan, believed to be a Ford Fusion. CCPD says this remains an on-going investigation. Trust WINK News to provide any updates when available.
