NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. — Voters will decide Tuesday whether to approve a property tax hike to fund the addition of more firefighters, three fire trucks and other new equipment for the North Fort Myers Fire Control and Rescue Service District.
The measure, which would charge an extra $100 a year for every $100,000 in assessed value, is proving a tough sell for some.
