The offices near Outback Steakhouse, across from Bell Tower Shops were cleared for nearly an hour some areas have reopened and others remain closed. According to South Trail Fire Rescue, a gas leak is confirmed. TECO Gas shut off the line and fire crews are still on the scene allowing upper offices ventilate by opening windows/doors. One section of the building that includes a Chinese restaurant, Guns Galore, and an ice cream shop will remain closed for the remainder of the evening to allow enough time for the gas to ventilate and levels to decrease.
