Justin Emery Mitchell Justin Emery Mitchell (DOB 2/14/85) – wanted in Collier County for violation of state probation for the possession of a controlled substance and petit theft (third or subsequent offense). He is a repeat offender with eight previous bookings in Collier County on charges of grand theft, dealing in stolen property, the possession of heroin and fraud. He’s also been sent to prison twice. Although he’s wanted in Collier, and was last known to be living in Golden Gate City, there’s a chance he could also be laying low in Fort Myers or North Naples, where he has been known to work under the table as a mover and a construction laborer. He is 6’1”, 277 pounds, with numerous tattoos on his back and arms. Allan Roachford Allan Roachford (DOB 5/18/96) – wanted in Lee County on an order revoking pretrial supervision for the sale and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. Detectives say they pulled Roachford over for a traffic stop when they caught him red-handed with a significant stash of meth, pot, and fentanyl, all cut and ready for distribution. After spending two months in lock up, Rochford was released, but now a judge has revoked his freedom and has ordered him back to jail. Over the years, Rochford has been arrested for a collection of crimes, including assault, battery, burglary, grand theft, resisting, weapons and lots of drug charges. He is 5’8”, 150 pounds, with a collection of colorful tattoos, including “Mommas Boy” inked on his chest, praying hands, and a rosary on his right leg, teardrops, and other miscellaneous artwork on his face. Derrick Ross Derrick Ross (DOB 11/27/90) – wanted in Lee County on an order revoking pretrial supervision for aggravated stalking on a child under 16 years of age, battery, trespassing, and stalking. The victim said Ross was following her and her four-year-old granddaughter in two Lehigh Acres stores. The victim said Ross, who was a total stranger to her, walked up to the little girl and offered her candy. When she said no, he continued to follow them out of the store and into a second one. The woman immediately sought the help of store employees, who called police and ushered the two into a storage room to get away from Ross. He continued to follow in close pursuit and even fought with the employees in an attempt to get to the victims. When deputies arrived on the scene, Ross said he thought something was off about the woman and child and that he was just trying to help the little girl. That excuse didn’t fare well and Ross was arrested for aggravated stalking and battery. He was released a short time later, but a judge has since rescinded his freedom and this week issued a new warrant for his arrest. Ross is 5’10”, 170 pounds and was last known to be living in east Lee County.
