A car crash shut down all lanes on Interstate 75 northbound near mile marker 120.

Florida Highway Patrol reported two people were seriously injured in the crash, Tuesday evening, around 6 p.m.

Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputies also responded to the scene.

According to FHP, all lanes have since reopened.
