A career path coming full circle. Chief of Naples Police Department Ciro Dominguez started his law enforcement career at the NPD in 1982. He’s worked for multiple law enforcement agencies around Florida, only to come back home to lead the department where he started. In October 2023, he was named police chief after a 38-year career, and he decided he had plans for the department starting on day one.
