MGN Online COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Florida Highway Patrol is on the scene of a hit-and-run crash. Troopers tell WINK News a vehicle hit a pedestrian who was taken as a trauma alert to Lee Memorial Hospital. The crash happened at the intersection of Santa Barbara Boulevard and Radio Road, just south of I-75. FHP says the vehicle involved was possibly a dark grey or black Dodge Ram truck. It was last seen going north on Santa Barbara Boulevard and likely has visible damage.
