LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A woman’s in serious condition after crashing her car near Neal Road and Cow Trail Lane.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers tell WINK News 26-year-old Lacy James crashed her car into a traffic sign, mailbox and wooden fence before her car overturned.
Troopers say James had just left the scene of a hit-and-run crash and was traveling at a high rate of speed when she lost control and was ejected from her car.
James was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital.
