Spirit in Golden Gate home investigated by local ghost hunters

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – The Haunted Apparition Hunters, based out of Naples, say they have been pulled, punched and spoken to by a ghost in a Golden Gate home.

The family who lives in the home says it’s the spirit of a man who sometimes hangs out in the yard, upstairs and downstairs.

The spirit has been bothering the family and appeared to them, so they called the ghost team. WINK News joined the crew on their fourth visit to the home.

During our interview about the home, Eric Kincaid turned on the white noise box. It’s what he says is a way for ghosts to verbally communicate.

We thought we would pick up some sound of the static on our cameras but much more happened. Voices came out of the box, lights lit up on the machine and Kincaid’s pendulum began to swing. It was much more than we had bargained for and it was frightening. The question and answer session went on for about 10 minutes and then it disappeared as quickly as it appeared.
