
FORT MYERS, Fla.- A motorcyclist has died after getting hit by a car on Cleveland Avenue.
The crash happened right in front of Lee Memorial Hospital late Wednesday afternoon.
After being transported to a hospital, police say the rider died as a result of his injuries.
Southbound lanes of Cleveland Avenue are now back open.
Police have not released the name of the victim at the moment.
