NAPLES, Fla. — Emmanuel Hernandez, 22, was arrested for stealing rent checks after several renters received late notices after paying their rent.
Security footage shows Hernandez and an unknown woman taking checks out of the drop box. The management company said they knew Hernandez because he lives in the complex.
Hernandez is in custody facing charges of grand theft and burglary.
