Fort Myers Beach holiday festivities prompt New Year's Eve clean up efforts

New Year’s Eve celebrations left a mess on Fort Myers beach, and area residents are cleaning up on the first day of 2018.

Anyone interested in doing their part can volunteer from 8 a.m. to noon in Times Square on Estero Boulevard.
