Rollover crash blocks portion of Country Club Blvd. in Cape Coral

A rollover crash Thursday morning blocked the southbound lanes of a portion of Country Club Boulevard, the Cape Coral Police Department said.

The wreck happened around 8:31 a.m. at the intersection of Country Club Boulevard and Veterans Memorial Parkway, police said.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area and find an alternate route through 10 a.m., according to police.

It’s unclear how the crash happened, how many vehicles were involved or if anyone else was hurt.
