
The Cape Coral Police Department was on the scene of a vehicle versus pedestrian traffic crash at the intersection of Cape Coral Parkway and Palm Tree Boulevard late Friday.
Westbound traffic on Cape Coral Parkway was rerouted for a period of time.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area and seek an alternate route, such as using Coronado Parkway or Santa Barbara Boulevard.
