There is heavy police presence at the SR 92 bridge on Marco Island.
The SR 92 bridge in Marco Island is temporarily closed while law enforcement is on the scene, according to a Marco Island Police Dept. press release. Police are clearing up the scene and it should be reopened soon.
Meanwhile, a lane on northbound Collier Blvd. is also closed, which is backing up traffic.
Police advise drivers to avoid the area.
