Tuesday is a big day for charities and non-profits all across Southwest Florida.
It’s called Giving Tuesday and it is an international day of giving to kick off the holiday season.
It began back in 2012 on Twitter and has raised billions of dollars nationwide.
According to the Giving Tuesday website, “GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world on December 3, 2019 and every day.”
