If you own a home or are renting, a brand new way to get some financial relief opens up Monday.
The Florida Housing Finance Corporation is releasing $75-million across the state to help with rent or mortgage payments.
All of this is provided through the Cares Act, which helps you if you have struggled financially because of COVID-19.
Homeowners and renters can apply for rent or mortgage help, help with emergency repairs, or for rehab, and new construction caused by COVID-19.
Starting Monday morning at 9 a.m. a toll-free coronavirus relief fund information line opens at 1-888-362-7885.
It will be available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the week.
