CVS says it is doubling the amount of COVID-19 testing sites it has across the country.

The drugstore chain says it will add more than 2,000 new drive-thru locations in the U.S. The new locations are expected to open in waves over the coming weeks.

The first 400 additional CVS drive-thru testing sites are set to open Friday.
