Credit: WINK News The School District of Lee County is offering grab and go breakfast and lunch meals for students using the Lee Home Connect model of instruction. Middle and high schools will mostly be used for distribution. Families can go to their locations on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Tuesdays, families will receive two breakfasts and two lunches. On Thursdays, families will receive three lunches and three breakfasts for their students. Pickup from high schools is from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and pickup from middle schools is 7:15 a.m. to 8 a.m.unless otherwise specified in the list below. Each family will go to the distribution site that their school is assigned to. A select few schools are only offering meals to their students. A form passed out to students by their school will need to be visible in your car’s front windshield during pickup to be eligible. Student’s school, ID number and last name will need to be on the form so staff can compare it to the Lee Home Connect roster. All meals are free and meet USDA nutritional requirements.
