
At approximately 6:45 p.m, Florida Highway Patrol responded to a two-car crash in Immokalee at East Main street and 12th street Friday.
A Collier County Sheriff’s detective in an unmarked car was involved in the crash with another vehicle.
There were multiple people injured, including the detective. All were taken to the hospital.
There is a roadblock at East Main Street and 12th Street. Authorities advise you to use caution in the area.
