Jean Dalberiste (CREDIT: Collier County Sheriff’s Office) A Collier County man was arrested Friday at his workplace on possession of child porn charges, deputies say. The investigation into Jean Dalberiste, 46, began after the sheriff’s office received two tips in January 2019 and again in July 2020 from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the transmission of child porn at a home in the 2600 block of 47th Street SW in Golden Gate. A search warrant was executed at the home on Feb. 16, while Dalberiste was there, according to the report. He was not arrested then, but several items were taken for evidence. Three cell phones that were seized were later found to contained videos and images of children involved in sex acts, some including bestiality. Dalberiste was arrested Friday at his workplace and faces three counts of possession of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography with intent to promote. He remains in the Collier County Jail.
