The crash occurred in the westbound lanes of I-75 near mile marker 52, the Florida Highway Patrol said. A 47-year-old Bonita Springs woman was driving west on the eastbound lanes and side-swiped a vehicle going in the right direction. The vehicle going in the right direction was driven by a 17-year-old from Fort Myers. She was accompanied by a 16-year-old boy. No one was injured in the crash.
