A Friday morning crash in Charlotte County left two drives with minor injuries.
According to a news release, the crash occurred at Bermont Road and Acorn Ranch Road at 7:47 a.m.
A semi-truck, driven by a 40-year-old Zolfo Springs man, was westbound on Bermont Road when it crossed the center lane.
The 28-year-old driver of a pickup, who was traveling east on Bermont Road, attempted to avoid the semi by swerving into the westbound lanes but the semi’s driver overcorrected causing a collision.
