A 57-year-old Lehigh Acres man has been found guilty of aggravated battery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon following a one-day trial.
According to the State Attorney’s Office, on Dec. 28, 2020, Allen Castile was yelling outside of his home when a neighbor asked him to stop. Castile pointed a gun at the woman and threatened to shoot her.
Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 18.
