A motorcyclist was transported as a trauma alert after a Thursday morning crash on Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers.
According to the Fort Myers Police Department, the motorcyclist was taken to Gulf Coast Hospital after the crash on Cleveland near Earl Street. The northbound lanes of Cleveland Avenue had to be shut down temporarily.
