Fort Myers motorcycle rider arrested going nearly 100 mph on I-75

A Fort Myers motorcyclist going almost 100 mph on I-75 in Lee County was arrested on Monday.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, Ronaldo Emmanuel Manoharlall, 23, was clocked on his motorcycle going 98 mph on I-75 near mile marker 146 just before 1 p.m. by an FHP aircraft.

Troopers sprung into action while Manoharlall fled to a residence off Central Avenue on his motorcycle.

Manoharlall was arrested for reckless driving and fleeing and eluding.

He was booked into the Lee County Jail.
