Collier County deputies investigating body found in Lake Avalon

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a body found Monday morning in Lake Avalon.

According to CCSO, a call came in around 7:15 a.m. about a body in the water off Avalon Drive. Deputies say it’s the body of an adult man, and his death does not currently appear to be suspicious.
