A four vehicle crash on Saturday evening caused vehicles to catch on fire.
According to Cape Coral Fire Department, it happened at the interaction of Pine Island Rd. and Del Prado Blvd.
Three of the cars were damaged in the fire that resulted from the crash.
The crash shutdown Westbound Pine Island Rd. in front of Lowe’s.
Patients were treated at the scene.
The extent of injuries is unknown.
