CAPE CORAL, Fla.- One of Cape Coral’s oldest churches is up for sale.
Christ Lutheran Church on Del Prado Boulevard is in the middle of a foreclosure lawsuit with Fifth Third Bank.
According to court documents, the bank says the church owes more than $3 million in loan payments.
The church would not comment on the sale or the lawsuit. A church member tells WINK News they’ll be moving out of the building in a month.
