TAMPA, Fla. (AP) – Police arrested a 23-year-old Tampa man in connection with the fatal stabbing of a former University of South Florida football player.

Randolph Graham remained in the Hillsborough County Jail without bond Thursday. Police say he faces charges of second-degree murder in the death of Elkino Watson and attempted murder in the stabbing of Desmond Horne. The men were stabbed early Sunday outside the Orpheum Bar in Ybor City.

Tampa Police Capt. Ruben Delgado says he believes Graham knew authorities were closing in on him so he turned himself in Wednesday night, accompanied by his lawyer.

The Tampa Tribune (http://bit.ly/1JWWdrz ) reports Watson and Horne were stabbed in the parking lot during a fight involving two groups. Delgado says neither man appeared to have been involved in the fight.
