The body of a missing man was found inside a vehicle behind Miller’s Ale House Restaurant. FORT MYERS, Fla. – The body of a man reported missing last week was found behind a restaurant on Monday, according to family members. Peter James Borey, 45, was found inside a vehicle behind Miller’s Fort Myers Ale House Restaurant on Kernel Circle at about 11:30 a.m. He was reported missing by his brother on Thursday, according to a missing persons report. Borey was last seen at his job at Acousti Engineering in Fort Myers, the report said. His body was found inside the maroon 2014 Nissan Xterra he was last seen in. He was pronounced dead at the scene. People who work in the area say that the car had been there for several days and could smell something as they walked by. Investigators, who do not believe his death is suspicious, have not released a cause of death.
