Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office PUNTA GORDA, Fla.- A 69-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure on Friday, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said. Richard Aaron approached an undercover detective at the Flatwoods Environmental Park on Tamiami Trail and exposed his genitals in an indecent manner, officials said. Authorities were patrolling the park in response to numerous resident complaints of illicit behavior, according to the sheriff’s office. Aaron is facing charges for exposure of sexual organs, a misdemeanor.
