Mr. Food: BLT Macaroni Salad

What You’ll Need:
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped baby spinach
What To Do:
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add pasta and remaining ingredients; mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
