Mostly clear, warm for Tuesday night

FORT MYERS, Fla. There will be a high of 89 degrees with mostly clear skies Tuesday evening, meteorologist Scott Zedeker said.

A red flag warning remains in place, particularly for inland counties, until 8 p.m., the National Weather Service said.

The warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will occur shortly, according to the National Weather Service. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
