Breanna Perez, 38, was identified as the victim Tuesday. The sheriff’s office said there is another victim involved but declined to identify that person, citing the need to notify next of kin. The sheriff’s office said it isn’t seeking any suspects. No danger to the public exists, the sheriff’s office insists. Deputies responded at 9:55 a.m. Monday to an apartment on the 15300 block of Ballast Point Drive, where Perez’s body was found, the sheriff’s office said. No further information was immediately available.
