Photo via Paula Miranda NAPLES, Fla. At least one person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision Friday afternoon on Alligator Alley, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The crash happened at mile marker 49 on Alligator Alley, troopers said. The wreck is blocking the outside southbound lane, but both lanes are expected to be closed shortly. Drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek an alternate route. The circumstances leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. No further information was immediately available.
