Two men were arrested in connection with multiple car burglaries on Northeast 17th Place, according to the Cape Coral Police Department.
A witness saw a man with a pink shirt burglarizing a car around 3:20 a.m. Friday on the 2000 block of Northeast 17th Place, police said. The man fled the scene before law enforcement arrived and officers discovered several burglaries had taken place in the area.
An investigation developed probable cause for the arrest of Cody Mojica, 23, and Jesse Wills, 18, police said. Both suspects face charges of burglary of a conveyance, grand theft and petit theft.
