Deputies investigate two locations in Pine Manor

There was a large Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputy presence as evidence was gathered in two areas of Pine Manor in south Fort Myers early Wednesday morning.

On Cypress Drive, crime scene technicians hunted for evidence with flash lights around evidence markers.

And an hour earlier, just a few blocks away on Maple Drive, deputies surrounded a house.

They brought out a long piece of evidence wrapped in a brown paper bag.

Both scenes are now clear, but we are woking to learn what the investigation is for.
