Cape Coral Police Department arrested a man after he was kicked out of Sun Splash Water Park for being overly intoxicated, then driving the wrong way out of the parking lot.
According to police, Chase Carroll, 23, was showing severe signs of being intoxicated when he was kicked out of the park. Upon exiting the park he stumbled his way to his vehicle before getting in and driving the wrong direction out of the park without a seat belt on.
Carroll was stopped by police and showed signs of intoxication. He failed the field sobriety test and was arrested for a BAC% of .196/.203.
