A person was killed in a crash in Lehigh Acres at Palm Boulevard and Alabama Road on Sunday.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, A vehicle driven by a 27-year-old woman was traveling north on Alabama Road, south of Palm Boulevard when a 54-year-old Lehigh Acres woman attempted to cross Alabama Road.
The 54-year-old was pronounced deceased on the scene. The driver had no injuries
The crash remains under investigation.
