
A 56-year-old Naples man has died after a crash in Collier County Saturday evening, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The man was traveling south in his sedan on Taylor Road near Jay and C Boulevard. around 5:24 p.m. He failed to maintain control of the vehicle, causing it to swerve off the roadway and into a ditch.
The driver was pronounced dead on scene. He was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
