
Glenn Michael Aiken has been arrested in connection with Friday’s bank robbery at MidWestOne in south Fort Myers. CrimeStoppers received a tip over the weekend that led to his arrest.
Lee County Sheriff’s deputies were at the scene of a bank robbery in south Fort Myers. Now, CrimeStoppers needs your help searching for the suspect.

There were multiple deputies at the MidWestOne Bank at 8690 Gladiolus Drive in south Fort Myers.
Around 4:30 p.m., a man walked into the bank and passed a teller an envelope and note demanding cash. After handing over the money, the suspect left the bank on foot. At no point did the suspect show a weapon or say he had one.
Deputies say the man then headed to the Fifth Third Bank at 9000 Park Royal Drive and also demanded money there.
Witnesses say the suspect is a male, between 30 and 40 years of age.

All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
This incident is a confirmed bank robbery. LCSO Violent Crimes detectives are now on scene gathering information.
