Here are three fugitives wanted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Wesley Bingham, 54

Wesley Bingham (DOB 12/23/66) – wanted in Lee County on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery.

He got into an argument with a female about the cleanliness of their tent, and he ended up taking it way too far and struck the woman in the head with a drill.

He then threw her to the ground, held a knife to her throat, and threatened to kill her. A nearby witness managed to break the scuffle up before deputies arrived and took Bingham to jail.

He spent four months behind bars and was released under the condition that he would show back up for court, which he has now failed to do.

He’s got six previous bookings in Lee County for additional charges of domestic violence by strangulation, battery, and drugs.

Bingham is 5’9”, 120 pounds, and was last known to be living in North Fort Myers. Upon his arrest, he will be held without bond.

Patrick Desrosiers, 23

Patrick Desrosiers (DOB 3/17/98) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation for grand theft and fraud.

He’s accused of going to a local jewelry store, where he picked out a pair of $2,000 earrings for himself and paid for them with a starter check.

A few days later, he returned to the same store and this time purchased a $4,000 pair of earrings for his girlfriend, again with a starter check. Shortly after, the bank notified the store that both checks were written on a closed account.

When the jewelry store contacted Desrosiers about the checks, he returned with a $6,000 check to cover the two that he had previously written and this time, to no surprise, the third check turned out to be no good.

As it turns out, Desrosiers pawned the expensive jewelry for pennies on the dollar, pocketing that money for himself. He was ultimately charged with grand theft and later placed on probation, which he violated earlier this month.

Desrosiers is 5’9”, 150 pounds, and was last known to be living in Bonita Springs.

Andrew Harner, 42

Andrew Harner (DOB 6/12/78) – wanted in Lee County for violation of community control for two counts of grand theft. According to detectives, Harner got caught red-handed stealing power tools from a local hardware store.

Given his history of theft, loss prevention officers kept their eyes on him and when they saw him try to leave the store with stolen goods, they held him at bay until police arrived.

To date, Harner has been booked 21 times before for theft, drugs, DUI, contempt, weapons and loitering and prowling. He’s also got a criminal record in Manatee County.

Harner is 5’9”, 140 pounds, and was last known to be living in central Fort Myers. He has several tattoos, including a star with the name Karena on his neck, a coy fish on his right arm and a demon with an hourglass on his left arm. Upon his arrest, Harner will be held without bond in the Lee County Jail.
