APD confirms 1 man killed in shooting at DeSoto County Fair

One man is dead after a shooting at a DeSoto County Fair on Saturday evening.

The Arcadia Police Department confirmed that Danny Rodriguez Lopez was killed by gunfire after a fight broke out, though it’s unclear what led to the fight.

APD wants help identifying three individuals in the DeSoto County fair shooting. One of the suspects is a young woman wearing a black jacket and light jeans. Another is a man wearing a light shirt and shorts. Last is an adult man standing in the back who appears to have a beard.

Additionally, the person that recorded a video circulating social media is a person the police department would also like to speak with.

The people being looked for may have valuable information and need to be spoken with by the police department.

Law enforcement was blocking off the scene and back entrance to the fair late Saturday night.

Detectives at the scene were looking around the area with flashlights for any evidence or clues.
