BROOKSVILLE, Fla. (AP) – A Florida toddler is dead after being attacked by a dog.
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office says 18-month old Declin Moss of Brooksville, north of Tampa, was killed Monday morning.
Police say the boy’s grandfather was watching him while he played on the porch, when two of the family’s mixed-breed dogs attacked the boy.
Deputies pronounced the child dead at the scene.
