Fitness Friday: Putting the FUN in “FUNctional” Training

FORT MYERS, Fla.- We’re officially halfway through 2016. If January is the month for New Year’s fitness resolutions, then July is the month for your mid-year fitness progress report. Are you on track to meet your fitness goals for the year? If you’re not, it’s probably due to a lack of motivation. Wink News Fitness Expert Mike Drumm stopped by the studio with physical therapy students, Melissa and Sarah, to help us put the FUN into "FUNctional" training and demonstrate how partnering up with a friend can make your workout motivating and FUN!
